NeoNickel

Alloy 725

Alloy 725, otherwise known as iconel® 725 is a combination of nickel, chromium, molybdenum, niobium and titanium.

This high-strength, nickel-chromium-based superalloy is known for its excellent corrosion resistance and remarkable mechanical properties. It’s age-hardened, doubling the strength of an annealed Alloy 625.

About Alloy 725

Corrosion Resistance: Alloy 725 offers outstanding resistance in corrosive environments, including chlorides, sulfides, and seawater. This makes it particularly valuable in industries where exposure to harsh chemicals is routine.

High-Temperature Stability: The alloy maintains its strength and structural integrity at elevated temperatures, for applications involving extreme heat. Its ability to resist oxidation and thermal fatigue ensures long-term performance in high-temperature settings.

Mechanical Strength: With its superior tensile and yield strengths, Alloy 725 is designed to endure significant mechanical stress without compromising its structural integrity. This strength makes it suitable for heavy-duty applications where durability is essential.
